Return & Refund Policy
HybridNC is only a platform where sellers and buyers interact directly with each other.
HybridNC do not manufacture, store and supply anything directly to the buyers. Each seller listed on www.hyridNC.com have different return and cancellation policy. Customers have to confirm with Seller about return & cancellation before the payment is made for their orders.
HybridNC do not take any direct or indirect guarantee or responsibility to return or cancel order made to the seller listed at www.hyridNC.com. We will do our best to resolve issue between sellers and buyers.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to the Store/Service Provider and a secondary complain at our Customer Service team at customercare@hyridNC.com for our record.
In case you feel that the product at store is not same as shown on the Site/Mobile App or Services as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service customercare@hyridNC.com for our record & to serve you better.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Return & Refund Policy- Producers/service providers
The amount paid for any service offered by Digimark Solutions will not be refunded, however the same will be adjusted for other services provided by us on the request from producers/service providers. 3% of the amount will be deducted in such cases.
